Agreement to Terms

FlightSnapp is operated by Flightsnapp Inc., an Alberta, Canada corporation (“Flightsnapp,” “FlightSnapp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accepting these Terms in-app, or using FlightSnapp, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FlightSnapp is a travel psych-powered trip planner. It is not a dating, social, or romantic matching product.

1. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using similar services under applicable law

Minors

We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.

2. Accounts & guest use

You may explore limited features as a guest. If you sign in (e.g. Google Sign-In), you agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Not impersonate another person
Not create deceptive or duplicate accounts

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account. Flightsnapp Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

3. User Content

You may submit quiz responses, trip preferences (including hard-nos), concierge lead details, and other content you choose to provide (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Flightsnapp Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve FlightSnapp (including travel curation and concierge follow-up) while it is needed for those purposes and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, archival, or legal purposes.

You agree not to submit:

Illegal material
Fraudulent or misleading content
Spam or unsolicited commercial solicitations
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive content

Content moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. We may review User Content for trust & safety, fraud prevention, service integrity, and legal compliance.

4. Travel psych, personas & curation

FlightSnapp uses automated systems to analyze quiz responses and preferences to match a travel persona and suggest trip packages on our servers (the app does not embed AI provider credentials).

You acknowledge that:

Results are automated and probabilistic
No trip outcome, availability, price, or experience is guaranteed
Psychological / travel assessments are voluntary and collected with in-app consent
Assessments are used solely for travel persona matching and package curation
Assessments are not diagnostic and should not be relied on for personal, medical, or professional decisions
FlightSnapp does not provide psychological, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice
Package suggestions may reference approved partner inventory or curated demos; Trip Integrity labels (e.g. Partner-approved / Persona-matched / Inspired pick) describe honesty of source — we do not invent inventory as live bookable stock
Book with concierge creates a demand lead for human follow-up; it is not an instant confirmed booking, seat hold, or automated ticket purchase until we say otherwise in-product

SnappStars

SnappStars / affiliate payout program terms are not part of these MVP Terms and may be added later under a separate agreement.

5. Third-party travel & partners

Prices, availability, and partner offerings change. Affiliate or partner fulfillments (when arranged) are subject to that partner’s terms. Flightsnapp Inc. is not liable for partner failures beyond what applicable law requires.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful/fraudulent/unlawful conduct, or if continued access poses risk to users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time (subject to retention needs described in the Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlightSnapp is provided “as is” and “as available.” Flightsnapp Inc. makes no warranties regarding service availability, package quality or fit, partner performance, price accuracy, or platform reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightsnapp Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on persona or package suggestions, partner offerings, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightsnapp Inc.'s total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or use of FlightSnapp shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FlightSnapp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flightsnapp Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of FlightSnapp, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your User Content.

10. Deposits & In-App Purchases

Full trip details and Concierge Book requests are free. A traveler deposit may be offered only after a partner soft hold. A deposit is not a confirmed stay, ticket, or final trip payment. Paid status is recognized only after our payment processor confirms the charge (webhook) — a success screen alone does not mean paid.

Refunds. If FlightSnapp or the partner cancels the soft hold before your stay is confirmed, we refund your deposit in full. If you cancel after paying a deposit, refunds are handled case-by-case and may depend on that partner’s rules — we show what applies at checkout before you pay. Questions: admin@flightsnapp.com

If FlightSnapp offers other paid features or subscriptions, you agree to the billing terms shown at purchase. Raise disputes within 30 days where applicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates tied to a new acceptance version require re-acceptance in-app before gated features continue. Continued use after you accept constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
